Notes from Lee Nelson White Deer about this blend:

From the Tlingit Nation, a colorful people. One of the rules of this tribe was that at the end of the year you can owe nobody nothing. If you promise to do something for someone you have to keep your promise, and you have to settle any fights or arguments by the end of the year or you both get kicked out.

This is one of the most useful of the blends we have due to our way of life. This is a flush for the complete urinary tract. It operates on every organ in the body that handles water.

Replacing 4 oz. of the already made tea with pure grapefruit juice will improve the taste!

  • Tamarack is a wetting agent, it makes water 300 times wetter, so it picks up more.
  • Red root breaks up tumors and cysts and dissolves those, little tiny tumors and cysts that get into urinary ducts, you don't feel them but they can cause blockage.
  • Carrots are used for carotene. The color itself is effective, has a tendency to clean out the bile ducts and pancreas ducts.
  • Fennel gives us a effervescence, it stimulates the bladder and the mucous organs.
  • Dandelion is used here for the yellow root effect. It has a tendency to pull stuck matter and debris out of the bladder, kidneys and liver and pull it into a fluid.
  • Chicory is a stimulant, it assists faster circulation, keeps the kidneys going good.
  • Celery seed is a very heavy kidney purge, it dumps the filters.
  • Parsley is used for chlorophyll, the antibiotic effect.
  • Poplar (or cottonwood) is a lymph and liver cleanser par excellence. The liver will not tolerate it. It will therefore empty a certain amount. It’s a powerful herb with no side effects but it can get the liver to dump more. You don't want to over do it.
  • Hops is a bladder stimulant. It causes the bladder to empty more often.
  • Goldenseal picks up odds and ends just in case we missed something.
