Ingredients: Rose
Hips, Sarsaparilla, Spearmint, Watercress,
Dulse, Lemongrass, Orange Peel, Parsley,
Peppermint, Cloves, Artemesia Sage, Cayenne
When to
use: Anytime! Also when
you are focusing on nourishing your body
with trace minerals. When you want
to restore health or relieve distress
and discomfort associated with nervousness;
when you want a gentle tonic; for
older persons with weak digestion.
How much
to use: As desired, one cup
to one quart per day.
Preparation:
Steep 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of hot
water (distilled, spring, or filtered
water) or 1 tablespoon per quart for 20
minutes. Strain herbs and sip tea
(don't gulp). Allow at least 20
minutes between tea and meals.
This
is s omething you should always have
around for ice tea or hot tea. When
you just want a tea to drink, drink
this one instead of another. Every mineral
is here, 112 of them, a complete balance
of hormones and most of the vitamins.
It's low Vit C and E. But just
about everything else you need you can
get from this tea. Also great tasting
herbs to use in a salad or salad dressing.
