Yerba Mansa
Yerba Mansa is the greatest of all the blood cleansers. It is three times more effective than Golden Seal, Echinacea, Dandelion and the others. It sets up the blood flow and maintains a constant and steady flow of blood. It causes the blood to absorb oxygen at a much greater rate than it would normally. This is one of the reasons the tribes of runners could run so far. They started drinking Yerba Mansa when they were about 6 or 7 years old. Yucca
One of the greatest of the Indian herbs. In studying to be a Medicine man 1 full year is spent learning about Yucca. Works very much on the spiritual aspect of the person.
Contains a suporum, a green dust that is in the leaf and root. This causes the desert to operate. Without Yucca, ther would be no desert. If there is Yucca, the suporum opens the ground and allows the moisture to penetrate. Otherwise it just runs off.
