Eat
Well, Live Well!
Our Suggestions for Eating a Balanced, Organic
Whole Foods Diet
If health problems exist, we strongly recommend
that you seek guidance from a healthcare professional.
Our suggestions are not intended to replace specific
dietary advice.
It is not difficult
to learn to eat naturally, and the rewards are
plentiful. A healthy diet of natural foods will
provide your body with most of the vitamins and
nutrients it requires. Whole foods contain within
in them all the different nutrients and enzymes
our bodies require to utilize them properly. For
instance, many people avoid eggs because of the
cholesterol level in them. However, while eggs
do contain cholesterol, when prepared properly
and eaten with a healthful, balanced diet, eggs
provide the body with the nutrients it needs to
make the best use of the cholesterol. Food
is really your best medicine. You simply need
to be aware of what is real food, and what
is not. How we prepare our foods is also very
important, and in what quantities and combinations.
In general terms, learn to
feed yourself with foods in the manner in which
they have been created naturally. Avoid packaged,
processed, pasteurized, and synthetic products;
anything that comes in a box, can, or carton is
suspicious.
Here
is our simple list of do's and don'ts
Learn to follow
the guidelines outlined below and you will be
well on your way to a balanced and healthy diet.
