We
recommend using
tupelo honey to sweeten
any of our blends. It has the lowest glycemic index for honey.

Notes
from Lee Nelson White Deer about this
blend:
- Arthritis was a big problem with the
Indians. This was their remedy.
- Alfalfa is a buffer.
It gives us a time release factor.
- Catnip
is a pain
killer. It
also sedates and relaxes.
- Comfrey cleans and opens the
blood system. It has a tendency
to expand the red & white
corpuscles and separate them.
It separates things so we can get a
blend in that’s better.
- Kelp provides
trace minerals, particularly iodine
to break down heavy calcium deposits.
- Scullcap
is for relaxing the scalp,
that feeling that the top of your head
feels like it's going to blow right
off.
- Wintergreen
is a pain killer.
- Black cohosh
is a pain killer … works on individual
severe pain, like a bruise or twisted
ankle. It will
go to a specific spot where pain is.
In this case it goes to the joints.
- Cherry
bark is a solvent. It works on sodium,
magnesium, potassium. It breaks
it down to original crystals.
- Hops
is for sedation,
so muscles relax.
Arthritis
in the muscles instead of the
joints is called bursitis.
- Parsley,
the amount
of chloryphyll it has picks up the little
grains of calcium, breaks them
down and feeds them into the
blood stream to get it out of the body.
- Sesame
seed is a good
source of calcium. It
will not solidify. Arthritis is
too much calcium, which means the body
has a shortage of calcium. A good
time to use sesame seed.
- Yucca
dissolves calcium and breaks it into
a fine, minute powder to be discharged
form the system
Important Note: Recently the FDA has required all manufactures to place a warning on all products containing comfrey. Dr. Christopher, Warren Gold and Lee Nelson White Deer had a different opinion regarding this wonderful herb. They taught and believed that herbs should be used in their entirety. They believed that when herbs are used in their wholesome state, they would not cause problems. Two Moons Teas have note been evaluated by the FDA (see disclaimer).
