Notes from Lee Nelson White Deer about this blend:

  • Chamomile is the sunshine herb.  The stomach and intestines are all dark tunnels so we need some light down in the intestinal area.
  • Catnip  has a tendency to expand the digestive tract making things easier to pass.
  • Fennel sweetens the material and syphons off the gas.
  • Peppermint gives us penetrating qualities, gets rid of gases, and breaks up the material itself.
  • Dill is a sweetener, it sweetens anything.
  • Papaya gives us papain, a digestive enzymes that helps the stomach to digest.
  • Ginger is used here to soothe the stomach.
  • Slippery elm is used for coating the stomach, for calming and soothing irritations, for coating ulcers and little tears.
  • Cloves is added for taste.

Note:  Coexistence, Rising Sun & Vitality Blends each assist assimilation and digestion in different ways.
